Loan Signing Agent Service

All Notary Signing Agent Services include service for up to 1 document packet. Clients will be provided a copy of all documents at no additional charge.
Service includes travel up to 10 miles. Additional travel is billed at a rate of $1 per mile.
All signed documents will be returned to the contracting agency in the method specified in the contract.
The client may elect to have a copy of the executed documents scanned back to them prior to shipment for an additional $25 fee.

- Loan Modification - $125
- HELOC - $125
- Reverse Mortgage - $150
- Buyer - $150
- Cash Buyer - $125
- Seller Packet - $125
- Adoption - $100
- Debt Resolution - $100
- Remote Online Notary (mortgage loans only) - $100
Note: If the total number of documents to be printed (both client and contracting agency) exceed 300 pages, an additional charge of $25 will apply.
Mobile Notary Service - $50

Includes notary service for up to 5 documents regardless of the number of notarized signatures required on each document. Additional documents may be notarized during the same visit at a rate of $10.00 per notarized document.
Includes the cost of travel to home or office within a 10 miles radius.
Additional travel is billed at a rate of $1 per mile.
